One of the bigger updates recently released was the new and improved iOS app for iPhone users. Along with Swift, the programming language, the upgraded 3CX iOS app now uses Swift UI for the user interface as well. It’s faster, has increased security, and now has the ability to reconnect calls that have been disconnected! The update also gives everything a fresher look and provides a more intuitive user interface.
Other features that 3CX has been consistently working on has been the contact and call center. A study by Deloitte showed that 73% of businesses reported that improving service was a big factor for growth. Of the 73%, 43% of businesses believe that customer satisfaction is more important than revenue or costs.
More and more businesses are starting to gravitate towards a customer satisfaction based business model, and they are focusing more on taking care of their customers rather than costs or revenue. The call center feature of 3CX is making this easier for businesses to do and it is resulting in happier customers.
