Our focus this month is to make our customers aware of our new program “Customer Satisfaction.” We feel very strongly that this program will help us keep in contact with our clients. We want to make sure your office technology is running properly, introduce you to some new ideas that will help your employees become more productive, and make sure you’ll have more time to run your business instead of your technology.
We have just hired a new team member, Christin Meler, to help our Director of Customer Satisfaction, Andrew Johnson! This ensures that we will have more resources to take care of YOU.
We have also just enrolled in a Disney University Customer Service course that will help us do our jobs better and bring new ideas to our customers. We are very excited about this program in July!
