COVID-19 is still affecting both our personal and professional lives. The pandemic has resulted in many tragic deaths and obstacles that will affect the way we do business in the future. At Smart Office USA, we are preparing for the “new normal.”
We have reinforced our Support Desk and extended our hours. Starting May 15th, our team will be live answering the phones from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. After hours, responses to calls will be sent within 30 minutes from our training department call center. I will come on site after the state opens up regulations on May 18th. Since we are an essential business, our field technicians have been taking all precautions when coming onsite with face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers.
