Pipedrive is constantly coming up with new updates to make the user experience better. Now, users can integrate Pipedrive with Microsoft Teams to automate notifications and schedule video meetings within the activity view!
It’s important for users to get notifications about Pipedrive when they aren’t using the app, and be able to share changes in Pipedrive with non-users in their company, which is why they’ve added this new integration!
With the new integration, you can set up an automation to send either personal or channel Microsoft Teams messages based on updates to your Pipedrive deals, organizations, or people.
You can also schedule Teams video meetings from INSIDE the Pipedrive Activity view, which means you won’t have to switch tools!
