1. Create tasks from emails for quick note taking
Creating a task is an easy way to add notes and additional information to an email. To create a task from an email, drag and drop the email into the task icon.
2. Webinar/Conferencing Integration
If you aren’t using a web conferencing tool like Teams, you should start! It integrates directly into Outlook and offers video and audio conference calls, screen sharing, display presentations, and so much more! To create a Teams meeting, go to your Outlook calendar and click New Teams Meeting located on the Home Ribbon.
3. Clean up your inbox in one click
Instead of clicking through hundreds of emails from when you were out of the office, using the Clean Up feature to remove all duplicated email replies! All you have to do is click the “Clean Up” button, and select “Clean Up Folder.”
